Legal Counsel Confirms Nikita Mirzani Reports Razman Nasution for Alleged Assault

Kapanlagi.com - The attorney for Nikita Mirzani, Fahmi Bachmid, confirmed that his client has reported RAN and AS for alleged assault. Fahmi stated that this report is based on medical evidence showing injuries on Nikita Mirzani's body.

"I cannot explain, but this is part of an alleged criminal incident. There are bruises, there are bumps, and so on," Fahmi Bachmid said when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (14/1/2025).

1. Nikita Suffers Bruises

The injuries found on Nikita Mirzani's body serve as physical evidence of the incident that occurred. Fahmi explained that Nikita suffered several bruises and bumps that were detected through the medical examination results.

"The medical examination exists, I do not need to specify, the medical examination exists. The examination was conducted around the time before dawn prayers at Pertamina Hospital," Fahmi added.

2. The Assault Occurred Early Friday Morning

According to Fahmi, the assault incident occurred early Friday morning, January 10, 2025, in the area of the South Jakarta Metro Police. However, Fahmi could not specify in detail when the incident took place, only providing an estimated time that still falls within the early morning hours.

"What is clear is that the incident happened early Friday morning around 2-3, I forgot the exact time. Between that day, I can't be sure if it was Thursday midnight leading into early Friday," said Fahmi.

3. Nikmir Tries to Defend Herself

Fahmi revealed that Nikita Mirzani was trying to defend herself in that situation. As a woman, Nikita felt threatened and attempted to fight back against the incoming attack.

"What is clear is that Nikita, as a woman, is defending herself because she feels there is something threatening her, so she fights back," said Fahmi.

4. Nikmir Has Provided Information to Investigators

Fahmi also added that Nikita Mirzani has provided further information to investigators regarding the report of alleged assault. Nikita is scheduled to be questioned further in the near future.

"On Friday morning she already conveyed it and I have the video when I asked her to explain how she was assaulted," Fahmi revealed.

5. Assaulted by More Than One Person

Fahmi further explained that Nikita was assaulted by more than one person, with the perpetrators consisting of men. This further clarifies that the incident was not a personal act, but rather involved several individuals committing acts of violence against Nikita.

"Try to explain how she was assaulted, as a woman she was assaulted by more than one person and those who assaulted her were men," said Fahmi.

6. Razman Reports Nikmir for Alleged Abuse

Meanwhile, outside of the report made by Nikita Mirzani, Fahmi also added that Razman Arif Nasution's side has reported Nikita for alleged abuse. This indicates a mutual reporting between both parties, each accusing the other of involvement in acts of violence.

This development is increasingly attracting public attention due to the existence of two conflicting reports. Nikita Mirzani herself has undergone questioning by investigators regarding her report, and the investigators are delving into the evidence and any CCTV footage that may exist to strengthen the testimony provided by Nikita.
