Razman Nasution Brings 33 Lawyers Related to the Alleged Assault Case by Nikita Mirzani

Kapanlagi.com - Lawyer Razman Nasution attended the South Jakarta Metro Police to respond to the investigator's summons on Wednesday (14/1/2025). His arrival is related to a report of alleged assault committed by Nikita Mirzani.

"My principle is that my arrival today is to fulfill the investigator's summons that has been coordinated with Mr. Kapolres, Mr. Kasat, and Mr. Kanit for me to be examined as a victim," said Razman at the South Jakarta Police, Wednesday (14/1/2025).

Razman stated that he became a victim of violence at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Friday, January 10, 2025. According to Razman, the act was even acknowledged by Nikita herself.

"And at the same time, I am the reporter for the assault committed by Sister Nikita Mirzani Mawardi against me a few days ago," said Razman.

"And she has also acknowledged that she said it was not only appropriate to be punched; 'punched' in Indonesian terminology means 'hit'," he added.

1. Nikita Assaulted at the Police Station

This assault is suspected to have caused Razman's temple to be injured and bleeding. He emphasized that the law must be enforced according to the evidence that has been presented.

"So I ask for the law to be enforced, the evidence is already there, the medical report is there, the video is there. So there is no basis for this individual not to be a suspect and to be processed legally," he explained.

Razman also highlighted Nikita's confession, which he deemed to strengthen the allegations of the assault. He hopes this case can serve as a lesson so that similar actions do not occur in the future.

"And it's not just deserving of being punched, but deserving of being stomped. Now this is a confession and I just want to remind Mr. Police Chief, Mr. Head of Criminal Investigation, Mr. Regional Police Chief that all eyes are focused here. All attention is directed to the police station," he said.

As a lawyer, Razman expressed his concern because such acts of violence occurred in an environment that should be safe. As is known, this incident took place at the South Jakarta Police Station. He feels that this is a serious concern for law enforcement.

"And I was actually abused at the police station and I should have been safe there, but it was actually not safe," emphasized Razman.

Razman also appreciates the legal team that has supported him throughout the legal process. He mentioned that there are a total of 33 people who are part of his legal representation.

"On top of that, there are already several of my lawyers. So next with the team, there is Mr. Rihad, the total is 33 people who are my legal representatives in this case," explained Razman.

2. Criticism of Police Station Security

He hopes that this case can be processed professionally and fairly by the police. With the existence of a medical report and video recordings, Razman is optimistic that the report he made will receive serious attention.

"I am not hiding anything. So I ask for the law to be upheld; the evidence is already there, the medical report is there, the video is there. So there is no basis for this person not to be a suspect and to be processed legally," he said.

Razman also expressed criticism regarding security in the police station environment. He emphasized that incidents like this should not happen again in the future.

"And I was actually assaulted in the police station where I should have been safe, but it was not safe at all," he concluded.

Razman Arif Nasution is alleged to have been hit by Nikita Mirzani while accompanying LM at the South Jakarta Police after Lolly escaped from a safe house and met him as the legal representative of Vadel Badjideh. The incident occurred while he was sitting with several people before Nikita arrived, insulted him, and hit him until his temple bled.

According to Razman, the incident was witnessed by police and journalists and was recorded on CCTV. He reported Nikita for alleged assault to the South Jakarta Police with report number 104, using Article 351 of the Criminal Code.
