Complete Profile of Steven Seagal, Hollywood Actor Who Went Viral for Meeting Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto

"Earlier this afternoon, I just had a lunch meeting with the Father at a place in Jakarta. Then when I got out of the elevator, in the next elevator was Steven Seagal, when we exited we greeted each other, it turned out I just found out. They have known each other for 35 years," said Angga when confirmed by ANTARA.

Angga said that the two may have started their friendship when Prabowo became a member of Kopassus because he believes Steven trained in martial arts. "Maybe when Mr. PS (Prabowo Subianto) was in Kopassus. Steven also trained in martial arts if I'm not mistaken," he said. For those of you who don't know Steven Seagal, let's get acquainted first.

Steven Seagal is an American actor born in Lansing, Michigan, on March 10, 1950. In addition to being an actor, he is also known as a musician and screenwriter.

His guitar playing can be heard on the soundtracks of several of his films, such as FIRE DOWN BELOW and TICKER. His famous acting role is when he played the character Casey Ryback in the film UNDER SIEGE (1992).

Before releasing his debut film, ABOVE THE LAW (1988), Seagal was active as a martial arts instructor, Aikido in Japan. He moved to Los Angeles and began his career as an actor.

Not forgetting his Aikido practice, Seagal often plays characters who are fighters and police officers. This includes three of his films from the early part of his career, HARD TO KILL (1990), MARKED FOR DEATH (1990), and OUT FOR JUSTICE (1990).  

Some of Seagal's famous films include, UNDER SIEGE (1992), ON DEADLY GROUND (1994), UNDER SIEGE 2: DARK TERRITORY (1995), (THE GLIMMER MAN) (1996), EXECUTIVE DECISION (1996), FIRE DOWN BELOW (1997), THE PATRIOT (1998), THE FOREIGNER (2003), OUT OF REACH (2004), and BLACK DAWN (2005).

Throughout his life, this actor, who has released two albums, has been married three times. His first wife was a woman named Adrienne La Russa (1984-1987).

He then married Japanese woman Miyako Seagal (1975–1986), and later married Kelly LeBrock (1987–1996). However, all three of his marriages ended in divorce.
