10 Photos of the Funeral Process of Ricky Siahaan, Accompanied by The Smashing Pumpkins Song - Seringai Personnel Pay Their Last Respects

When the body was taken down from the ambulance, Ricky Siahaan's wife, Tabita Siahaan, and their daughter, Kara Charmanita Haomasan Siahaan, walked together towards the grave. Kara was seen holding her beloved father's photo tightly as a final tribute.

Before the body was placed in the grave, the immediate family along with Seringai personnel, namely Edy Khemod, Arian, and Sammy Bramantyo, were asked to take a photo with Tabita and Kara in front of Ricky's coffin.

After a series of praise songs led by the Pastor from HKBP Tebet, the ritual of scattering soil into the grave began. Family and friends of Ricky took turns scattering soil as a sign of farewell.

As Ricky Siahaan's coffin was lowered into the grave, Tabita and Kara appeared strong witnessing the process. Arian and Sammy Bramantyo also captured the moment with their personal cameras as a form of tribute.

The earth was then slowly lowered by the burial staff, accompanied by the song "Landslide" by The Smashing Pumpkins playing softly at the site. The atmosphere of the funeral became very emotional, yet Ricky's family and friends remained steadfast.

The funeral ceremony concluded with flower scattering over Ricky Siahaan's grave, followed by a group photo at the gravesite. In addition to the immediate family and members of Seringai, several fellow musicians were also present to pay their respects. 

Names like Cliff Rompies, Arie Dagienkz, Gebeg, Adam Koil, Kiki Ucup, Jil, Cholil ERK Ronald Burgerkill, Fajar Alexa, Abah Andris, and many more were seen at the location.

At the end of the ceremony, Edy Khemod shared a story about Ricky's last wish while he was in Japan. He revealed that Ricky had a desire to have a picnic in the park, which is now realized in the form of togetherness at his final resting place.

"Friends, Ricky's last wishlist while in Japan was that he wanted to have a picnic in the park, and it turns out to be here. Please, friends, if you want to have a picnic here, accompany Ricky. Thank you," said Edy Khemod.

It is known that Ricky Siahaan passed away suddenly after performing at the Gekikofest 2025 music festival in Tokyo, Japan, on Saturday (19/4/2025). Ricky's departure left a deep sorrow among family, friends, and fans of Indonesian music.
