"And at this moment I am assigned by the Indonesia Bright Society as its secretary general," he said.

Through this role, he wants to invite more people to realize the importance of planting trees or plants in their own homes. According to him, this is not just about aesthetics, but it can also have a direct impact on mental health.

"So, coincidentally, I also want to invite all my friends to plant more so that the oxygen levels in our homes can improve," he said.

Besides making the air fresher, Anjasmara said the effect is also felt in a more relaxed mind. This is very much in line with the yoga lifestyle he practices.

"So that our stress level can decrease, and we can be healthier and happier both physically and mentally," he said.

Regarding his plant collection, don't be mistaken, Anjasmara has various types ranging from the ordinary to the fantastically priced. "Well, it's quite a lot. There are both cheap and expensive ones," he said with a smile.
