After Watching Andrew Andika's Concert, Drug Party with Friends, Arrested at Home

Kapanlagi.com - The West Jakarta Metro Police have finally revealed the chronology of the arrest of actor Andrew Andika and his friends. This was disclosed by the Head of the Narcotics Unit of the West Jakarta Police, AKBP Chandra Mata Rohansyah.

"The criminal act initially began when brother AA contacted suspect FA to watch a concert in South Jakarta," he said at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (1/10/2024).

Andrew Andika along with his friends then attended a music performance. After it ended, they stopped by a place in West Jakarta and held a methamphetamine party.

"Coincidentally, brother FA was at a hotel with 5 others. Then they went, those 7 people went to watch the concert and then continued to have a drug party at a location in West Jakarta," he said.

1. Taken from the Hotel

It turns out that FA had already brought the drugs from a meeting with Andrew Andika in the South Jakarta area. Eventually, the police received information about a drug party that was taking place.

"Where one of FA's friends had already brought the drugs from the hotel in South Jakarta. Then based on public information, we from the West Jakarta Narcotics Unit conducted observation and further investigation," he explained.

After the drug party, Andrew Andika went home to his residence in Bogor, West Java. Meanwhile, his friends remained gathered and returned to the hotel in the South Jakarta area.

"Then finally we made the arrest of Mr. AA at a residence in the Bogor area, on Thursday at 5:00 PM WIB," he continued.

From the arrest of Andrew Andika, the police did not find any evidence. Tengku Dewi's husband was immediately taken to the West Jakarta Metro Police.

After that, the police immediately went to the location where Andrew Andika's friends were gathered. At 10:00 PM WIB, the police secured 5 others, 3 men and 2 women.

"Next, we conducted the arrest of 5 other individuals in a hotel, at the hotel where they were originally located, and there," he revealed.

2. Secure Evidence of Methamphetamine

Apparently, the 5 individuals continued their drug party activities that had previously been conducted with Andrew Andika in the West Jakarta area. In the arrest, the police successfully secured drug evidence.

"However, the 5 people who were arrested at the hotel were having a drug party," he said.

"Then at the second crime scene, evidence was found in the South Jakarta area. That is a small clip plastic from the packaging of methamphetamine type narcotics. Then, one methamphetamine smoking device made from a used mineral water bottle. Furthermore, one glass pipette containing methamphetamine residue with a total weight of 1.77 grams including the pipette," he concluded.
