The court has confirmed the existence of a lawsuit filed by Audi against her husband. Anthony's attorney, Rendi Rumapea, confirmed this when met in Tebet, South Jakarta, on Monday, August 31, 2026.

According to Rendi, the lawsuit with case number 940 was officially registered in mid-August 2026, specifically around August 11, 2026. The first hearing is scheduled to take place on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM WIB with a mediation agenda at the South Jakarta District Court.

Rendi added that it is highly likely that Anthony Xie and Audi Marissa will attend the first hearing in person. The mediation agenda will serve as the initial stage to discuss the continuation of their legal process.

1. Agreement to Separate Amicably

Rendi explained that before the lawsuit was filed in court, Anthony Xie and Audi Marissa had already met and reached a written agreement. Both agreed to end their marriage amicably and focus on child custody.

"Yes, so between Audi and Anthony, they met before the divorce lawsuit, and they made a written agreement that they would settle amicably and focus on child custody," said Rendi.

The discussion in that meeting included issues that often attract attention, such as joint assets and child custody. However, Rendi emphasized that the details of the agreement are not to be made public.

2. Child Custody Managed Internally

Regarding the condition of the child, Rendi ensured that both Anthony and Audi continue to provide full attention. He did not detail which party currently holds the primary custody rights.

"Each continues to give their love," said Rendi.

The division of time with the child between each parent will also be determined by Anthony and Audi internally. Rendi emphasized that there is no obligation to announce this arrangement to the public.

"As for the schedule division, that will be internal to them, but it can be ensured that communication is good for the child," said Rendi.

3. Reasons for Divorce Not Revealed

Regarding the reasons for the separation, Rendi chose not to elaborate further. He leaves the detailed explanation to both parties if at some point they are willing to convey it directly.

"Yes, maybe they are no longer compatible. But for more clarity, if there will be an interview later, perhaps they can explain themselves," said Rendi.

Rendi also mentioned that Anthony and Audi no longer live together. However, he did not disclose when they started living apart.

"As for when it started, we cannot convey that yet, only that they have separated homes," said Rendi.
