Kapanlagi.com - At the age of thirty-nine, Nana Mirdad's appearance has received many compliments for looking increasingly beautiful and youthful. She revealed that it all starts from within.
"I believe beauty starts from within. It starts from our mentality, our mindset, and what we put into our bodies. It should also be balanced with exercise," said Nana when met in the Gandaria area, South Jakarta, on Friday (24/5/2024).

Nana Mirdad said that beauty from within must be balanced with exercise. Whatever the form of activity, at least the body should be actively moving.
"For me, moving every day is a must. Maybe on Sundays, it's okay to be lazy, but at least we should be active. Even if it's not intense exercise, at least move, for example, if there are stairs, choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator," said Nana.
Interestingly, Nana Mirdad is not the type to be picky about food. However, she carefully controls the portions of what she consumes so as not to have a negative impact on her body.
"I am the type of eater who eats everything. I don't refuse this or that. In my opinion, food is a blessing, but we also need to know which foods to stop," she explained.
"We also need to be aware of our own body condition, know our health condition. So we know what we need more of and what to reduce," said Andrew White's wife.
