Feeling Trapped, Reza Artamevia Objects to 1.5 Years Prison Sentence

"So actually it's clean 0.6. According to the rules, that's actually already below the standard. And she has also undergone rehabilitation," Leidermen added when met at the East Jakarta District Court.

1. There is a Possibility of Being Trapped

From the story obtained by his legal team, actually during the drug arrest, which became new evidence, was obtained from Gatot Brajamusti.

"It shouldn't have escalated to this point because if we look at the story, there is also a possibility that Reza was set up. Because Reza was given to prison by Gatot, one hour later he was arrested outside the cafe," said Leidermen.

"He was given this (meth) only by Gatot and his two friends. So it's not reasonable for the demands to be this high. And the distributor and the person who provided it should also be prosecuted. I mean, even though Gatot is deceased. This is not fair, only Reza is being prosecuted. According to us, this is not fair," he concluded.
