The legal counsel of PT HDN, Mangatta Toding Allo, stated that Ayu's actions have harmed the reputation of the company along with its employees and management. This statement was made immediately after filing a report at the Metro Jaya Police, Tuesday (7/10).
"We have reported Sister Ayu for her actions that defame the company's name, which in this case harms the employees and management," said Mangatta Toding Allo.

The police report has officially been registered with the number LP/B/7160/X/2025/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. In the report, Ayu is suspected of defamation.
"Here, friends can see, there is Article 45 paragraph 4 juncto Article 27a. We will also take a photo for friends. The identity of the reporter, however, we will cover up," said Mangatta.
The reporting party decided not to disclose the specific identity of the employee who submitted the report to the public. This decision was made to maintain the privacy of the individual involved.
"That is what we cannot share, the identity of the reporter, because this information is quite private," he said.

Mangatta also explained that it was not just Ayu who made the statement, but also her legal team. However, they did not report the lawyers to the police due to the immunity rights that protect the profession of lawyers while performing their duties.
"Because they are indeed granted immunity rights, we did not file a police report, but we will report to their lawyer organization," he concluded.
