Irwan DA Has Divorced Siham, Child Lives with Ex-Wife

Irwan Krisdiyanto and Siham held their wedding on November 13, 2022. The sacred moment took place in East Jakarta, before their household vessel had to dock in different ports.

Siham's attorney, Fathor Rosi, revealed that from the beginning, his client chose to undergo legal proceedings without public scrutiny as reported by Detik. The entire series of trials was conducted orderly and privately in accordance with the procedures in the religious court environment.

Along with the reading of the verdict, news of the divorce finally surfaced to the public, including through posts on social media. In response to this, Siham's side emphasized that they never intended to seek attention.

"From the beginning, our focus has been on the legal process and the interests of the child. There has been no effort to build a narrative or create sensationalism in the public space," said Fathor Rosi in a written statement received by the media on Thursday (1/1/2026).

In its consideration, the judge assessed that the household relationship between the two had become difficult to reconcile. Based on that, the lawsuit was granted and custody was awarded to the mother, while still considering the father's role in the child's life.

According to the legal counsel, the decision was made to ensure the child's future and well-being are maintained. "The main thing is legal clarity, a sense of security for the child, and the continuity of their growth and development. We accept and respect this decision," he added.

With the judge's gavel struck, the divorce process of Irwan and Siham is declared complete in the first-level court. Siham's party hopes that all parties can restrain themselves and maintain the family's private domain, especially for the psychological well-being of the child.
