Irwansyah Closes the Peace Door, Medina Zein Faces a Maximum Prison Sentence of 10 Years

Kapanlagi.com - The dispute between Irwansyah and Medina Zein apparently continues. This time, it was Zaskia Sungkar's husband Irwansyah who reported his business partner to the police.

After being questioned as part of the investigation, Irwansyah is now waiting for the decision of the authorities. This was conveyed by Irwan's legal counsel, Muhammad Zakir Rasyidin.

"The investigation phase means that there is sufficient evidence for the investigators to escalate this case to an investigation, we just need to find the suspect. So, once we have the suspect, we have confidence in the article we used to report that it can be used to detain the suspect," said Muhammad Zakir Rasyidin, at South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (16/9/2020).

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, the lawyer leaves all decisions to Irwansyah. However, for now, his client has no desire to pursue a family path with Medina Zein.

"Whether to reconcile or not, that decision is up to Mr. Irwan as the complainant and until now he has not expressed a desire to reconcile," he said.

2. Threat of Punishment

Next, Irwansyah's party is waiting for the decision from the police. The lawyer himself stated that they will cooperate in the process. To incriminate Medina Zein, Irwansyah's party has prepared articles on punishment.

"Article 310, 311 of the Criminal Code, Article 27 paragraph 3 of the ITE Law, and there are also articles 14 and 15 regarding the dissemination of false news with a punishment of 4 to 10 years," he concluded.
