Nikita Mirzani Denies Threats During Trial, Witness Melvina Husyanti Stands Firm in Her Statement

Although Nikita Mirzani denied having made threats, witness Melvina Husyanti stood firm in her stance. During the trial, she revealed a specific sentence uttered by Nikita that made her feel very threatened and scared.

When pressed by Nikita Mirzani about the form of threats she had made, Melvina explained that the threats were verbal and left a strong impression on her mind.

"How could I have made threats and extortion when, if you look at the chat, it’s just normal?" asked Nikita Mirzani during the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (28/8/2025).

Melvina then responded by quoting a sentence that she believes has been the source of her fear all this time.

"From the sentence, eh 'don't call me Nikita Mirzani if you don't want to deal with me for the rest of your life'. So that sentence is very eh ingrained in my mind," Melvina expressed.

This sentence is the basis for why she feels under pressure. Although there is no physical threat, for her, the sentence carries a very strong intimidation weight, especially after she also received a warning from Dr. Oky Pratama.

Nikita Mirzani attempts to refute this argument with the fact that she has never received a single cent from Melvina and has never reported her to the police.

"But do I accept your money that you offered?" asked Nikita, to which Melvina replied "No." "Then after that, am I going to report you to the police?" she continued, which Melvina again answered "As far as I know, no."

Although Nikita tried to show that there was no real action that harmed Melvina, the skincare owner insisted that the threatening sentence was real and was the main reason she felt pressured.

"I stand by my statement," Melvina asserted when asked by the judge, showing how deep the psychological impact she felt from that sentence.
