Nirina Zubir's Family Suffers a Loss of 17 Billion Due to Land Mafia

Kapanlagi.com - Unpleasant news came from artist Nirina Zubir. Her extended family claimed to be victims of land mafia by their domestic helper, Riri Khasmita.

The wife of Ernest Cokelat explained the chronology that began when her late mother, Cut Indria Martini, asked for Riri Khasmita's help in managing her property documents, which were thought to be lost.

However, it turned out that Riri Khasmita, along with her husband and three other notaries, secretly changed the ownership of the properties to their own names.

"It started when my mother thought that her land documents were lost, so she asked for help from her domestic helper, who had been working since 2009, to manage the documents," said Nirina Zubir during a press conference at Goodrich Suites, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (17/11).

"Instead of managing them, it turned out that she secretly changed all the requested documents to her and her husband's names, Riri Khasmita and Edrianto. Our suspicion is that the money was used as capital for her frozen chicken business, which has exceeded five branches," she added.

1. Suffered Loss of 17 Billion

Nirina Zubir said there are six certificates in her family's name that have been changed. The loss suffered by Nirina Zubir's family reached 17 billion Rupiah.

"So there are six certificates, there are two vacant lands that have been sold and the new buyers have built on them. The rest are lands with buildings that have been mortgaged to the bank," said Nirina Zubir's brother, Fadhlan Karim.

"It's somewhat sensitive (the amount of the loss). Approximately 17 billion from the six lands," continued Nirina Zubir.

2. ART (household assistant) Already Detained

This case has been reported by Nirina Zubir's family to the police and now her household assistant, Riri Khasmita, along with her husband Edrianto and a notary named Faridah, have become suspects and have been detained. Meanwhile, the other two notaries, Ina Rosaina and Erwin Riduan, are still in the detention process.

Through the press conference, Nirina Zubir's family expressed their gratitude to the police for promptly responding to their report since June 2021, resulting in the detention of the three suspects on November 13.

"The purpose of this press conference is not only to inform about the case we are currently experiencing with the land mafia, but also to express our gratitude to the police who have been very helpful from the beginning until the three suspects were detained," concluded Fadhlan Karim, who is the reporter in this case.
