"Yes, according to the information from my lawyer, I was sent the record that my request as the petitioner against my ex, Anggi, my wife, was granted to, uh what is it called, file for divorce. Bedu added that the next step is the formal process to officially finalize their divorce. "Next, we just wait for the next call which is for me to pronounce the talak. The talak declaration means I declare and then I officially divorce like that," he explained.

This default judgment was made because the court proceedings went smoothly without any obstacles. According to Bedu, this happened because he and Anggi had indeed agreed to part ways amicably.

"So, here's the thing, we have indeed agreed to separate. So, during the court proceedings, there were really no issues that hindered the trial," he revealed.

In fact, to facilitate the process, the witnesses presented by Bedu are relatives of Anggi herself, namely her brother and brother-in-law. This proves that their separation is truly based on a mutual agreement.
