Raisa Demands Child Custody in Divorce Lawsuit Against Hamish Daud

The divorce hearing of Raisa and Hamish Daud continues with an evidentiary agenda held on Monday (12/1/2025). In addition to solidifying her decision to separate, Raisa is also fighting for the custody of their only child.

This was confirmed directly by Raisa's attorney, Putra Lubis, after the trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court. During the hearing held today, the panel of judges asked Raisa again about her seriousness in filing the lawsuit.

Actor Hamish Daud was again not seen at this ongoing divorce hearing. Meanwhile, Raisa, as the plaintiff, was present in person accompanied by her attorney.

Raisa's attorney, Putra Lubis, confirmed that Hamish Daud's side was indeed absent from this trial. In fact, the presence of both parties is highly anticipated to facilitate the mediation and evidentiary process.

"There's no one, today the Defendant did not attend," said Putra Lubis in a virtual interview.

Raisa firmly replied that the lawsuit is indeed real and she wants this process to continue. One crucial point in the lawsuit is regarding child custody.

"Yes. So the legal consequence of divorce includes child custody rights. In this case, the Plaintiff is applying for custody to the Plaintiff," emphasized Putra Lubis.

Although demanding custody rights, communication between Raisa and Hamish Daud regarding the child is reported to still be going well.

Putra Lubis mentioned that both parties are still coordinating regarding the schedule for meetings with their child.

"So the main communication, of course, what I know is that there is still communication between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, especially regarding, for example, the schedule of the children's meetings," said Putra.

In this session, the judges' questions were mostly administrative to confirm the identity and intent of the plaintiff.

There were no in-depth questions regarding the detailed reasons for the divorce or custody disputes in the courtroom this morning.

"So if we say whether that is to separate, yes, of course, according to the lawsuit, it means yes, it is indeed in accordance with the lawsuit and wants to separate," he said.
