Reza Gladys' Side Laughs at Nikita Mirzani's Evidence in Civil Trial, Just a Photocopy

The legal feud between controversial celebrity Nikita Mirzani and beauty doctor Reza Gladys has entered a new chapter in court. In the continuation of the civil lawsuit hearing at the South Jakarta District Court, Nikita Mirzani's side, acting as the plaintiff, presented dozens of additional pieces of evidence. However, these pieces of evidence received harsh reactions and ridicule from Reza Gladys's legal team.

Reza Gladys's lawyers believe that the evidence presented by the opposing side is very weak and insubstantial. They highlighted the fact that out of the many documents submitted, the majority were merely photocopies whose authenticity is questionable. This has made them doubt the legal strength of the lawsuit filed by the mother of three children.

"And the most important thing we need to convey is that the evidence from the plaintiff last week consisted of 40 pieces. Two were original, the others were copies of copies. Ah, this afternoon, the evidence is 24. Of these 24, one is original, and 23 are copies of copies. So the judge saw it as just copy, copy, copy, copy like that," said Robert Par Uhum, one of Reza Gladys's legal representatives, when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (24/2/2026).

The background of this case is a lawsuit for unlawful acts (PMH) filed by Nikita Mirzani. However, Reza Gladys's side feels that the evidence presented, such as the police report from Dr. Oky Pratama and the land purchase letter, is completely irrelevant to the core of the PMH case being tried.

Surya Batubara, another legal representative of Reza Gladys, provided a simple analogy to illustrate how weak photocopy evidence is in the eyes of the law. He compared it to the use of an ID card when dealing with official agencies.

"Now let's put it this way, I'll give the simplest example. We deal with government or private institutions. They always ask for an ID card, right? If we show a photocopy, does it work? No, it doesn't, right? So simply put, that's how a photocopy works," Surya remarked.

Furthermore, Reza Gladys' legal team also laughed at the relevance of the original evidence presented, namely the land purchase letter. According to them, the document only proves the existence of a property sale transaction, but has no connection to the alleged unlawful act charged against their client.

"So this case is about PMH (Unlawful Acts). So it should be related to PMH. So if the evidence tomorrow is the Monas land as evidence here... Buying land has nothing to do with PMH either. Dr. Oky making a police report also has nothing to do with PMH, right?" Robert asserted.

The trial will continue next week with the agenda of evidence presentation from the defendant, Reza Gladys. His legal team claims to be ready to counter the allegations made by Nikita with the evidence they possess.
