Rezky Aditya Doesn't Know About the Lawsuit, Wenny Ariani Admits to Being Surprised and Disappointed

Kapanlagi.com - The Tangerang District Court held a trial for Wenny Anggraeni Kusumawardani or Wenny Ariani's lawsuit against actor Rezky Aditya, on Wednesday (27/7/2021). The trial, which was scheduled for mediation, was attended by Wenny as the plaintiff accompanied by her lawyer. Meanwhile, Rezky Aditya did not attend with the excuse of being sick and was only represented by his lawyer.

In the courtroom, Wenny admitted to being surprised and disappointed by Rezky Aditya's legal representation to the Panel of Judges. This is because from the statement, it is implied that Rezky has no knowledge of the lawsuit regarding his acknowledgment of the child from Rezky Aditya.

"Surprised, tense, and disappointed," said Wenny.

"In fact, before filing the lawsuit, we had already sent a demand letter requesting clarification about the issues our client faced to the first defendant's legal representative. We exchanged letters four times. But the new legal representative of the defendant conveyed that his client seemed to have no knowledge of anything (regarding the contents of the lawsuit). Of course, we are disappointed," added Tigor El Manik, Wenny's lawyer.

1. Disappointed Rezky Aditya Did Not Attend the Hearing

Wenny also expressed her disappointment with Rezky Aditya, who has not attended the courtroom twice. The hearing was postponed again because Rezky did not attend the session.

"If asked if I'm disappointed, of course, I am. Because it keeps dragging on," she said.

However, Wenny tries to be patient and does not have any bad assumptions about Rezky Aditya. In fact, she prays for Citra Kirana's husband to recover quickly from his illness.

"No, I don't think I'm being played by Rezky. Maybe he didn't communicate well with his previous lawyer because this lawyer is new. Hopefully, Rezky recovers quickly so the trial can continue," said Wenny.
