"Imposing a sentence on the first defendant, Pablo Benua, with a criminal sentence of one year and eight months. Imposing a sentence on the second defendant, Rey Utami, one year and four months imprisonment, and on the third defendant with a sentence of two years and four months imprisonment," he added.
On that occasion, Agus also mentioned factors that aggravate and mitigate the defendants' sentences. One of them is that all defendants have never been involved in legal issues.
"An aggravating factor is the consequences of the defendants' actions, which made witness Fairuz A Rafiq feel embarrassed or ashamed to interact socially," he said.
"A mitigating factor is that the defendants have never been involved in legal issues," he concluded.
