It turns out that the placement of stickers on the casket was not without reason. Wendi Putranto, the manager of Seringai, revealed that the idea came from Arian, the vocalist of the band Seringai.
"If the casket is covered with stickers, that idea is Arian's, the vocalist of Seringai," said Wendi when met at Sandiego Hills, Karawang, West Java, on Saturday (26/4/2025).

Before realizing the idea, Arian did not act alone. He first asked for permission from Ricky's immediate family, including the wife and children of the deceased.
"Arian asked for permission from the family, from his wife and children as well, about how Ricky's departure would also go along with his favorite bands," said Wendi.
The stickers that adorned Ricky's coffin were chosen with great care. They all represent bands that held significant meaning in Ricky's life.
"Because all the stickers that were placed are bands that Ricky liked, whether they are international or national bands," said Wendi.
Not only that, the mourners present on the farewell day also paid their respects in their own way. They brought stickers from their respective bands to be placed on the coffin, adding a very strong personal touch.
"Yesterday, friends who attended the wake also gave their final tribute by bringing their own band stickers because Ricky was someone who could not be separated from music," Wendi revealed.
For Ricky, music is not just a hobby or a profession. Music is a central part of his life journey, shaping his perspective on the world.
"Music is the biggest part of his life; he grew up with these great bands, forming a perspective in seeing social reality through music," explained Wendi.
The farewell moment was designed in such a way as to reflect Ricky's love for music. For his friends, saying goodbye to Ricky without music felt incomplete.
"That's why when Ricky passed, we wanted him to go with his favorite music and the bands he loved," said Wendi.
