Zidan attended the first hearing of his divorce with Raisya Bawazier at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (1/9/2026). The agenda for this initial hearing included the completeness of documents and mediation, following the divorce application he registered on August 21, 2026.
In the courtroom, Zidan arrived with his legal team. Raisya was not present, so the agenda for the day was decided to be postponed by the court.
"Postponed because the invitation did not arrive," said Zidan when met at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (1/9/2026).

Zidan mentioned that the court had prepared the trial schedule for that day. He briefly chatted with his attorney before providing a statement to reporters regarding the agenda that was supposed to proceed.
"Yes, the reports from the parties," said Zidan.
In response to Raisya's absence, Zidan stated that he did not mind it and chose to fully leave it to the court process.
"Ah, I'm just fine, maybe that's from the court. Maybe next time it should be fine. That's it," Zidan expressed.
He added his hope that the female party could attend the next hearing, in line with the established agenda.
Raisya Bawazier and Muhammad Zidan officially married in December 2025. The marriage surprised the public as Raisya never shared her romantic story with Zidan on social media.
Eight months after the marriage, Zidan filed a divorce application at the Central Jakarta Religious Court with case number 1440/Pdt.G/2026/PA.JP.
Zidan cited incompatibility as the main reason for the divorce application submitted on August 21, 2026.
"Yes, just because we are not compatible, differences of opinion from the start," said Zidan.
