There is a New Captain America to Replace Steve Rogers in 'THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER'

At the end of the story in AVENGERS: ENDGAME, Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, chose to retire. He returned to the past and lived out his life normally. As we know, Steve was frozen and slept for a long time since World War II and then woke up in the modern era.

Steve's decision to retire left the position of the symbol of heroism empty. Steve then passed on his shield to Sam Wilson (played by Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes (played by Sebastian Stan).
