- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil

- 1 tbsp Sago flour

- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 stalk Green onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tsp Margarine

- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté shallots until fragrant and golden brown.
- Add bird's eye chili and sauté briefly until the chili starts to wilt.
- Add sausages and edamame to the pan. Stir well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper, stir again until all ingredients are well mixed. Turn off the heat.

- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
