Quality Event Organizer and Hydration Partner at Jakarta Marathon 2023 Appreciated by PB PASI

Kapanlagi.com - Followed by nearly 10,000 runners, the HiBank Jakarta Marathon 2023 Event Powered by Le Minerale for the 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Full Marathon categories was successfully held on Sunday (22/10). The success of the event, which took place at Plaza Utara, Gelora Bunga Karno (GBK), was due to the implementation standards that ensured the safety of the participants.

The Chairman of the Indonesian Athletics Association (PB PASI), Luhut Pandjaitan, stated in his press release that PB PASI appreciates the organizers of the Jakarta Marathon 2023 for successfully meeting various technical requirements for the race.

"Thank you to the organizing committee of the Hi Bank Jakarta Marathon Powered by Le Minerale in 2023 for maintaining good race organization standards and gaining the trust of runners from both domestic and international," he said.

Street Running Quality is a Joint Responsibility

According to Luhut, maintaining the quality of street running races is a joint responsibility. Hard work is needed to ensure that street running races in Indonesia have good quality and meet technical requirements comparable to international marathons.

Therefore, solid cooperation is needed, especially with partners who also have the highest quality standards in their categories, which significantly influence the improvement of Race Standardization and Runner Safety.

Regarding the selection of implementation partners, Donny Tjahyadikarta, the Race Director of Jakarta Marathon 2023, explained that the Jakarta Marathon 2023 has indeed improved the standardization of the event and participant safety.
