Nia Daniaty's daughter is involved in a case of alleged fraud in the recruitment of Civil Servants. Several people reported Olivia Nathania to the Jakarta Metro Police regarding the alleged fraud committed by the woman who is familiarly called Oi.

Apparently, this case is not the first case involving Oi. According to various sources, here are a series of alleged cases that once implicated Oi.

First, Gold and Diamond Case. In 2012, Oi was reported by a gold and diamond trader to the South Jakarta Police, she was reported for not paying a diamond ring worth Rp 700 million.

According to the victim's lawyer, Oi initially borrowed the jewelry but never returned it. The victim met Nia Daniaty before reporting Oi. The case ended peacefully.

Secondly, Car Theft Case. Oi was reported by a woman for allegedly stealing the victim's car that he borrowed for several days.

This case that occurred in 2016 eventually ended peacefully. Oi denied the theft accusation and was willing to replace the car along with the rental fee.

Thirdly, Money Theft Case. In 2017, Oi was summoned by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding a report made against him. Oi attended the summons with his legal representative.

Dewi Fortuna is still on Oi's side. Just like the two previous cases, this alleged embezzlement case also did not end up in court.

Four years later, Oi is in trouble with the police again. Oi responded to the summons from the investigator of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding the case of alleged embezzlement, fraud, and forgery of recruitment letters for civil servant candidates (CPNS).
