Accompanied by a legal team, the woman followed up on the report regarding allegations of domestic violence committed by Taqy Malik.
What then caught attention was the presence of a woman named S as a witness to Marlina's report. As previously known, S claimed to have been a victim of Mansyardin's sexual harassment.
"Today we, as Marlina's legal team, want to follow up on the police report. We brought witnesses, including witnesses who are also victims," said Ery Kertanegara, Marlina's legal team.
When asked about the possibility of reporting Mansyardin, Ery, who is also S's legal team, is currently studying it. "We are still considering it. It is possible to take such action," said the bald-headed man.
In an interview with the media, Mansyardin Malik admitted that he did not know who S is. Strangely, Mansyardin's legal team even issued a summons to the woman.
"There is a suspiciousness when in front of the media and the public, Mr. MM stated that he did not know the person with the initials S. But why did his lawyer issue a summons to Ms. S with her full name and address? This means that Mr. MM does know and has been to the house of the woman with the initials S," explained Ery Kertanegara.
Upon receiving this summons, S's legal team requested legal protection from the police. To ensure the safety of their client as a witness in Marlina Octoria's report.
"Regarding this summons, we request and ask the Metro Jaya Police to provide legal protection for our client. Her testimony is needed for the case we reported," emphasized Ery.
