Chikita Meidy Opens the Door to Peace with Indra Only for One Thing: Mortgage Issues

Vebby Fretania, Chikita's attorney, emphasized that her client has good intentions to resolve the shared asset issues, especially the house, which is currently in limbo due to outstanding payments. They have invited Indra to sit down together to discuss the best solution.

1. Not For Reconciliation

It emphasizes that this offer has nothing to do with household matters or the possibility of reconciliation. The door for reconciliation, according to him, is firmly closed for Chikita Meidy.

"For divorce, no. No, not at this moment there hasn’t been any thought of reconciliation, not at all. That’s it. But for the mortgage, yes," he asserted.

2. Ready to Take Over Remaining Installments

Chikita herself is ready to take over all remaining mortgage installments for the house. For her, saving the house is a priority for her child, Jevier. She only needs cooperation from Indra to smooth the administrative process at the bank.

"Take over to me. Take over please. After all, the wife is still capable. We’ll face the bank. Because she is the one who opened that authority. The debtor is her," said Chikita.

3. Indra is Considered to Complicate the Process

Chikita's attorney, Yassirni, also regrets Indra's attitude that seems to complicate this process. According to her, if Indra is indeed unable to pay, he should willingly hand it over to Chikita.

"The problem is, he was asked in good faith to come to Chikita to provide a power of attorney just for the takeover, but he refuses. Why? Why is it like this? Why does it seem to be prolonged like this?" lamented Yassirni.
