Deny Committing Assault to Medina Zein, Marissya Icha Asks Investigators to Check CCTV as Evidence

Kapanlagi.com - Medina Zein reported Marissa Icha to the South Jakarta Metro Police for alleged assault during the reconciliation process regarding defamation cases. According to Marissya Icha's lawyer, Ramzy, he stated that his client never did such a thing.

"Yesterday, our client was reported again to the South Jakarta Metro Police, where the report allegedly accuses her of committing assault during our mediation. However, I was also present there at that time and there was no assault experienced by both MZ (Medina Zein) and Marisya Icha," said Ramzy at the Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (5/1/2022).

Furthermore, Ramzy will request the investigators to use the CCTV footage from the place where they met during the previous mediation as evidence. According to Ramzy, the accusations made by Medina Zein against his client will be revealed through the CCTV recordings.

"We have requested the CCTV footage from the investigators to be used as evidence because we are making a counter-report against the police report made by MZ against us," said Ramzy.

Ramzy also requested that the investigators be able to open the case. Because his client is convinced that there was no assault against Medina Zein.

"We ask the investigators to be able to open the case because I believe, and even recorded a little, that my client did not commit any assault against MZ. So there was no kicking and hitting, both on the legs and face," he added.

2. Marissa Icha Reports Back

In response to the allegations, Marissa Icha has also made a report to Medina Zein. The report is related to baseless and false accusations.

"I emphasize that we have reported back regarding the report they made at the South Jakarta Police Resort. The report we filed concerns articles 310 and 311 of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP), as well as article 220 of the KUHP regarding false reports," she concluded.

3. Accusations by Marissa Icha

Djamalluddin then added that Marissa Icha had accused his client of bribery.

"In this case, our client in that post said that the award obtained by our client was full of bribes, in other words, it was a bribe or gratification," added Djamalluddin.

4. Fake Ring for Fuji

Apparently, the report is also related to Marissa Icha's accusation that Medina gave a fake ring to the late Bibi Ardiansyah's sister, Fuji.

"The reporter gave a gift of a ring to sister F, the sister of the late Bibi who is the respondent here, and then posted on Instagram with the words 'wait, I will also post a video of a fake diamond,'" said Djamalluddin.

5. Prohibited from Going Abroad

Not only that, Djamalludin mentioned that Marisya Icha also accused Medina of being prohibited from traveling abroad by the immigration authorities.

"I think those are some of the things we conveyed, oh yeah one more thing, a quote from the defendant mentioning the name or initials of the complainant MZ who is our client, the words 'Yes, let's go to the US, but there are those who want to go to the USA, like MZ, instead of going for medical treatment in the USA, but the visa and passport have been banned by immigration, can't go abroad until the matter is settled with me, it's a pity, wanting to escape abroad, how embarrassing'" said Djamalludin.
