Gisella Anastasia Worried as She is Re-examined Regarding the Nude Video Case

Kapanlagi.com - Gisella Anastasia is being re-examined regarding the nude video case that implicated her. Accompanied by her lawyer, Sandy Arifin, Gisella Anastasia underwent additional questioning at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Jakarta, on Friday (10/12).

For almost three hours, Gisella Anastasia was bombarded with around 12 questions by the investigator. However, Sandy Arifin did not explain in detail the subject matter of today's examination.

"Today's agenda was an additional examination report, and it has been answered. There were several main questions, that's all for today's agenda. (There were) around 12 questions. As for the details of the examination report, it is the authority of the investigator, so we have no authority to disclose it," said Sandy Arifin after the examination.

The former wife of Gading Marten always tries to cooperate in undergoing this one-year legal process. It is proven that she still complies with the mandatory reporting.

"The mandatory reporting is still ongoing, and as Gisel stated, we will remain cooperative. Whenever there is a summons, we will attend. Today, we have gone through the examination report and answered around 12 questions, and our client has signed it. In the future, if there are any summonses, we will remain cooperative and present," explained Sandy Arifin.

Gisella Anastasia also admitted to being worried when called again by investigators for further examination. Because her case had been stopped for a long time and now it has started again.

"But it's like 'oh okay, starting again', it's okay but still cooperative, whatever instructions there are, that's why we came today for the BAP process. With an open heart, patience, let's just go through it peacefully. We hope for the best outcome," she said.

"Oh definitely (worried), there's concern. 'Okay, what additional things now?'. It opens up memories again. All of that requires energy. But it's a consequence that must be faced. So it's okay, armed with prayers, strengthened by friends since yesterday," she continued.

2. Trying to Do the Best

Although the legal process is still ongoing, Gisella Anastasia does not want to remain silent and drown in sadness. She must continue to strive to do her best for her only child, Gempi. 

"Life is still going on, so we just have to do our best, work for Gempi, manage everything while this is still in process. It's impossible to just stay silent and do nothing," said Gisella Anastasia. 

"If in the past I was still scared and crying, this time I still feel sad and cry, but not dragged down. Let's quickly get back, let's just go through the process, face it with joy if possible so that everything will be better," she concluded. 

3. Having More Than One Sex Video

After the distributor of the explicit video was sentenced to nine months in prison and fined IDR 50 million, or alternatively three months of imprisonment, by the panel of judges of the South Jakarta District Court, MN and PP's legal representatives spoke out.

Roberto Sitohang, as the legal representative of the distributor of the explicit video, Gisel and Nobu, mentioned that both of them have other explicit videos besides the one currently circulating, which lasts for 19 seconds. He learned about this based on the facts revealed in his client's trial.

"If we look at the trial facts, there may be around 5 times, but the video that is circulating is the 19-second video," said Roberto Sitohang when contacted by journalists via telephone on Wednesday (14/7).

4. Not All Recorded

According to Roberto Sitohang, Gisel and Nobu had intimate relations about 5 times. However, they only recorded a few of them.

"No, not all of them were recorded. Oh, how many times, maybe three times," he said briefly.

5. Denies Disappointment Client Imprisoned

Roberto Sitohang denies that what he did was out of disappointment because his two clients, namely PP and MN, were sentenced by the South Jakarta District Court to 9 months in prison.

"But let me clarify, some say that I exposed it because my client was sentenced, I was upset and I exposed it. No. It wasn't exposed, but it's a fact, if it was exposed, there would be something hidden and then I blow up, right, but no, it's stating the fact," he concluded.
