Legal Counsel Nia Ramadhani & Ardi Bakrie Deny Maladministration in the Assessment Case Involving Their Clients

Kapanlagi.com - The legal counsel for Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie, Wa Ode Nur Zainab, denied any maladministration in the alleged drug abuse case involving their clients. It is known that the continuation of the trial was held at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (9/12) with the agenda of testimonies from witnesses.

In the trial, the panel of judges questioned the integrated assessment that was considered overlooked before Nia and Ardi entered the Fan Campus Rehabilitation Center. The statement from Hendra Haeruman, the Director of the Fan Campus Rehabilitation Center, regarding the results of the integrated assessment raised questions from the panel of judges.

"There is no maladministration, except for the issuance of the recommendation letter not being from the BNN, not from the relevant state institution, that would be maladministration," said Wa Ode after the trial.

"We all know that this is the BNN and there are also police letters. So, it's actually clear," she added.

Wa Ode Nur Zainab also stated that Hendra Haeruman appeared to be a little nervous when answering questions from the panel of judges. Therefore, the issue of maladministration of the integrated assessment letter was raised in the trial.

"When explaining earlier, it was not very comprehensive, maybe because of nervousness or something. But after we asked again, it became clear," she said.

2. Rehabilitation Location

Nia Ramadhani & Ardi Bakrie underwent rehabilitation for 4 months at the Fan Campus Rehabilitation Center, Jl Jurang, Tugu Utara, Cisarua District, Bogor, West Java.

This rehabilitation facility is located far from the city's hustle and bustle. Surrounded by a serene natural environment, this place has obtained a recommendation from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) to conduct rehabilitation.

3. Legal Process Continues

Despite undergoing rehabilitation, the legal process for Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie continues. According to Waode Nur Zainab, her client will face legal proceedings related to the alleged drug abuse case.

"Let's face it, let's face it, Bu Nia and Pak Ardi are ready to face it, let's wait for the developments. What is certain is that this legal process will continue.
