The 39-year-old woman also questioned the logic of selling the product on e-commerce platforms, while its usage is said to require clinical supervision, which is limited in location.
"Logically, if it is sold on e-commerce, it is freely sold on e-commerce, right? If someone from Makassar buys it, while his clinic is only available in a few places in Jakarta, does that mean people from Makassar have to go to his clinic? That means people from Makassar are wasting money buying plane tickets," she asked rhetorically.

In response to his client's statement, the lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, firmly challenged the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) to take immediate action. During the hearing, he stated that Nikita Mirzani's side claimed to have strong evidence regarding the products sold by Reza Gladys and is ready to submit it.
"It has been revealed in the trial, please BPOM take action now, the evidence is with Nikita Mirzani, it's with me, please come to the court, I will submit the evidence. BPOM must take immediate action to resolve this issue because it is currently under scrutiny," emphasized Fahmi.
Nikita also reiterated her challenge, asking BPOM to be transparent in investigating this matter for the benefit of the public.
"Basically, if BPOM is indeed clean, please reveal this openly," she concluded.
