After knowing that Hans Virgoro had reported her back for defamation, Angie Lie spoke through her lawyer. The influencer, whose full name is Reygina Angie Wulandari, said that she was the one who was actually harmed by Hans Virgoro regarding the case.

According to Angie Lie, she has been harmed by Hans Virgoro. The jewelry business cooperation between the two parties did not run smoothly. Angie Lie considers that Hans is strongly suspected of committing fraud regarding the gold content of the jewelry distributed to her store.

Regarding the report by Hans Virgoro, Sendi Sanjaya as the Legal Counsel for Angie Lie, in a press conference with the media on Tuesday (12/4/22), in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta, stated that they respect the legal process that has been carried out to prove the truth of the case.

"What is clear is that we respect the legal process that has been carried out. We have reported the person to the Jakarta Metro Police, for what? To prove who is right and who is wrong in this case. We have prepared accurate evidence, which in my opinion as legal counsel, is sufficient evidence. As for his report, we respect it," said the Legal Counsel for Angie Lie.

According to Sendi, everyone has the right to report, it's just a matter of proof. To Sendi's knowledge regarding social media posts, he is very careful and never kills someone's character.

"We highly appreciate the existing legal process. So, we just respect the report, it's just a matter of proof later," explained Sendi.

Meanwhile, regarding Hans Virgoro's report to his client, Sendi Sanjaya said, his party still respects but must have strong evidence.

"We urge and emphasize to the concerned person to be careful. If it turns out later that it is not proven, we will also take the same legal action," said Sendi firmly.
