Iko Uwais Reveals Audy Item's Third Pregnancy is More Relaxed, Not Much Nausea

Kapanlagi.com - Iko Uwais revealed that his wife, Audy Item's third pregnancy, brings a different experience compared to the previous two pregnancies. According to him, this time Audy is going through her pregnancy in a more relaxed manner with minimal complaints.

Iko mentioned that Audy's condition is much calmer. His wife also does not experience excessive nausea like when she was pregnant with their two previous children.

"Thank God, it seems like this is the coolest, really cool, uh... very chill Audy. Different from the first and second. Very pious. Hopefully, the child will be pious. Amen. Pious and pious means," said Iko Uwais when met in the Gelora Bung Karno area, Monday (6/7/2026).

According to Iko, until the pregnancy reaches six weeks, Audy can still carry out her daily activities comfortably because she does not experience severe morning sickness.

"Not much, right? Not much nausea, actually she is quite relaxed. Very calm," he said.

Although his wife's condition is considered good, Iko ensures that the entire pregnancy process remains under the supervision of a doctor. He emphasizes that the health of the mother and the fetus remains the top priority.

"From the doctor, it’s definitely about diet, going back to what I said earlier, more controlled, not... for her own satisfaction but prioritizing health and the baby’s well-being. That’s it," he explained.

Iko also revealed that Audy is consulting again with the obstetrician who previously handled the births of their two daughters, Atreya and Aneska.

"Directly consulting with the doctor who took care of Atreya, Aneska, I called right away, and the doctor was surprised. And the doctor, thank God, is still healthy and youthful, her name is Dr. Lilia," said Iko.

3. Audy is Assisted in Managing Food and Medication Consumption

In addition to an obstetrician, Audy is also accompanied by an internist to adjust her diet and medication consumption during her pregnancy.

"There is a doctor named Dr. Richard, and he is very helpful for Audy's health plan, in terms of what she should eat and what medications she should take. So indeed, what she used to consume before, now has to automatically change," concluded Iko.
